+RobertM
I got some cool shots from my place in North Vancouver last night. I'll try to get them posted some time. Quote Link to comment

+RobertM
These pictures were taken from my apartment in North Vancouver on Oct 29 at approx 00:30am. Direction was roughly East-North-East (true). I've lightened (increased the gamma) on the pictures because I noticed on my work monitor that they were a bit too dark. (Camera was set to a 15 second exposure.) This was the first time I've seen the Northern Lights and it was truly amazing to see! Quote Link to comment
+Gorak
Great pictures! I've tried the last couple of nights to see them from Richmond but the light pollution over the city is too bright. ____________ Gorak I love frogs. They taste like chicken. Yum. +canadazuuk
There is a 'dark sky preserve' in Abbotsford. MacDonald Park I believe. BeDoggy had a cache there at one time. Quote Link to comment

McKenzie Clan
Nice pics indeed! Last night (30th) was when I noticed them the most. Spotted them driving home, once I got out of the city. Dragged Nadine and the kids outside to see them too. Nicholas (4) thought they were "wicked!" Scott Quote Link to comment
