Walks near Crewe, Cheshire

Good Morning fellow Geocachers

 

My partner and I have recently moved to the Crewe area and looking for Geo walks around Cheshire with parking near by. Parking near by always seems to be an issue and we want to be respectful to the local area.

Any suggestions on routes and walks would be much appreciated.

There's not a lot of activity on here from UK cachers, Facebook is where it's at these days.

I'll make a suggestion in case the OP  is not on FB.

Consider the canal towpaths in Cheshire. They are very popular with walkers and there are many geocaches placed along or near them.

You could check out these three.

Macclesfield

Wardle

Trent Mersey

Shropshire Union (which I believe is not far from Nantwich near Crewe)

There is usually parking close by in many places.

Cheshire is a beautiful area for walks.
