In my message center I can't see a record of these messages, should I be concerned? How do I know if they have sent successfully? A previous first message that I've sent to someone (and not yet received an answer) is visible yet the 2 I sent today are not. Thanks Quote Link to comment
+vw_k Posted October 4, 2022 Author Share Posted October 4, 2022 Update, The messages are still not showing when I go to my message centre from the link at the top of the website, however if I go to the cacher's profiles or the relevant cache page and click "message this owner" then the one sent to that cacher is showing on the left side of my message centre. If i try to send the message again, i see my former message (but not the picture). After refresh the Message Center Page, the Thread with this User disappear. 1 Quote Link to comment
+7oakley Posted October 11, 2022 Share Posted October 11, 2022 Today,8/10/2022, To answer a message, I click upper right on message icon, and the page flashes but will not connect or show any messages. Keystone Posted October 11, 2022 Share Posted October 11, 2022 This evening, I observed that the Message Center wouldn't "load" in Firefox or Safari, but seemed to work fine in Microsoft Edge. Then, after a few refreshes, it started working again in Firefox. Quote Link to comment

Sent an email to Groundspeak support, who seemingly hadn't had anyone complain of this before. It is NOT a problem exclusively with certain internet browsers. Quote Link to comment
