Banner im Profil einfügen / Error

Seit einiger Zeit ist es mir nicht mehr möglich Banner in unser Profil einzufügen.

Jeder Versuch endet mit der Fehlermeldung: Error 500.

Gibt es hier eine Hilfe? Ist dass unser persönliches Problem oder tritt es auch noch bei anderen auf?

I did not have any issues editing our player profile at the end of August.

I am not sure when it exactly started because I just gave up after that, now I have been trying every banner we have not put on our profile for about a week and none work. Always error 500.....

Same here...

Trying to update the "About" section in user Profile ( https://www.geocaching.com/account/settings/profile) with the Stats generated by FindStatGen3 V4.6.20 in GSAK.

And i just tried to change my Avatar picture: Same Message Error 500...

Update: it has something to do with the FSGPlugin for the 360 Degree Challenge. Removing that part from the notes in FSG solves the issue with Error 500.

This particular error is usually caused by a validation issue.
