+OliLesp
Hello, We made a lab with several people and my friend did not log the lab (note and review). On her account, it is not possible to create a review or a note. The others have the possibility to delete or modify. No icon on her account in the reviews. Bug found on her account only and on several phones where she is connected. Anyone has any idea or help on this bug ? Thanks Quote Link to comment

If she is not able to leave a review does the app show that she has completed the adventure lab? There were some very strange glitches recently that prevented this. Is she using Android? And is this possibly related? https://forums.geocaching.com/GC/index.php?/topic/367957-bug-impossible-to-rate-and-log-an-adventure/ Or this https://forums.geocaching.com/GC/index.php?/topic/366249-how-can-i-log-my-activity-after-closing-the-adventure/ Edited December 16, 2021 by Max and 99 Quote Link to comment
+OliLesp
Here, on this topic, it's the same problem. She do not log any review at the time she completed it earlier (one week), and now she's unable to find how to do so. Today, we try to make the same thing on another AL, and she can make a review on the AL. She's using iPhone 13. Here's some screenshots. Edited December 16, 2021 by OLImages Quote Link to comment
+OliLesp
That's the question. This AL appears without the check mark on the icon. Anf if we select to hide the completed AL on map, this AL stay available Quote Link to comment

Moun10Bike
When I look at the user's data, I see that they logged all 5 locations, but the system has not recognized that they completed the Adventure. This *might* be because they logged the first location ("Saint-Ghislain sur la ligne 97 : La Gare") on July 9th, and then the other four locations on December 9th. I have no idea what might have happened in the 5 intervening months that could have led to the bug. I would start by having them delete their find on that one location and relogging. Either way, they should write into our Help Center and report this issue, as there might be something that our devs could investigate and fix for the future. 1 Quote Link to comment

Do you mean delete the log, and undelete the log? Sorry, I'm just not familiar with re-logging. Quote Link to comment

Yeah, this has me scratching my head as I didn't think it was possible to delete and relog an AL location (as opposed to just 'deleting' and restoring it from your caching stats). The Help Centre still says: Quote Note: Deleting a find for an Adventure decreases your find count on Geocaching.com but does not remove the find from the Adventure Lab app. It is currently not possible to remove a find from the Adventure Lab app. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
You are correct: once an Adventure location is deleted, the log can be restored but the location cannot be found again. It's best for the affected user to just write into the Help Center. Quote Link to comment
+OliLesp
For information, I loged my first AL location in February 2020 and I've completed all the other locations a short time ago, I was also able to make my reviewing after completing the AL Edited December 16, 2021 by OLImages Quote Link to comment
+HaLiJuSaPa
This is for finding an Adventure Lab, not creating a new one for others to do right? If so, did it still credit you for the finds? Usually it does that after you successfully answer the questions at each stop, so if it's say a 5 stage Lab you have 1 find after the first stage, 2 after the 2nd etc. I've had times where I didn't complete a Lab in one visit so I got credit for 2 finds out of the possible 5 but as I went back to it another day I got credit for the other finds accordingly. If that is the case the only issue is that you were not able to log a comment to the OP (like "great AL", etc.). This happened to me once but I still got credit for the finds. If it is not that then I'm not sure what to do, sorry. Quote Link to comment
