+Lizh7
Hello, has anyone else had a similar problem? I temporarily disabled a cache, and I want to enable it again. I can't do it, though. If I click on 'enable' an owner's log box pops open, and filling it in does not re-enable the cache. Either it is a glitch, or I have gone wrong somewhere. Has anyone got any advice for me? +IceColdUK
Some strange things going on with log types it seems! I’m guessing that when you click the ‘Enable’ link it’s taking you to the logging page, but the log type is defaulting to ‘Owner Maintenance’. You need to change this to ‘Enable Listing’ (or something like that) before submitting the log. 2 Quote Link to comment
+K13
Are you using an app for this? Could this action be one that must be done through a web browser instead of through an app? Quote Link to comment
+barefootjeff
The Admin Tools box on website cache pages is currently broken, with all the options generating Owner Maintenance logs instead of the log type expected. You need to manually change the log type from the drop-down list on the logging page. Edited January 10, 2021 by barefootjeff Quote Link to comment
+TriciaG
For the record, the OP was able to disable their cache a few days ago. Quote Link to comment
