+capoaira Posted November 5, 2020 Posted November 5, 2020 Sorry for my bad english! I have had problems uploading Wherigos to Wherigo.com for a long time. That's why I used Wherigofoundation. A reviewer asked me in a forum to change the Wherigofoundation link to a Wherigo.com link. I tried but without success. So I contact the Groundspeak help center but they don't help me and said I have to ask here. But I had no motivation and did nothing because the Wherigofoundation worked well. Today I receive log on a few of my wherigos: https://coord.info/GL1337XQQ Geocaching HQ Admin posted a reviewer note: Quote Greetings from Geocaching HQ. It was brought to out attention that the cartridge required to play this Wherigo Cache is not uploaded on Wherigo.com but on an alternative platform. This does not meet the Wherigo Cache guidelines. Please upload the cartridge on the correct platform. Thank you for your understanding. Now I'm asking here: Does anyone have any idea why I'm getting this error? Here is a video file describing my problem: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Am4rTBGtAHybgd0fJBwZORgU7ClXbA?e=NJND0s Quote
+Hügh Posted November 7, 2020 Posted November 7, 2020 (edited) I suspect that the Internal Server Error is caused by the HTML in your description. Try removing all the additional markup. You may also want to ensure that your "Starting Location" text does not exceed the 255-character limit. Edited November 7, 2020 by Hügh 1 Quote
+Wa wa Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 This worked for me I had the same issue, thanks so much Quote
+capoaira Posted November 8, 2020 Author Posted November 8, 2020 Thanks, this work also for me. --- Why does Wherigo.com add HTML tags that lead to the error? Quote

When you upload it to Wherigo.com, the website automatically extracts information from the cartridge and pre-fills the form for you. Because Urwigo, or whatever builder you used, automatically inserted the HTML, the HTML gets transferred to the website. Edited November 9, 2020 by Hügh Quote
+capoaira Posted November 10, 2020 Author Posted November 10, 2020 Yes I know, but wherigofoundation has no problems with that... It's very annoying for me as owner... Quote

The people who run the Wherigo Foundation actually care about the platform they run. Groundspeak, apparently, does not. Quote
