Do adventure lab caches have to be done in a specific order?

Title says it all - do I need to do adventure lab caches in a specific order? Does it vary from adventure to adventure?

The creator of the lab decides that. So yes it varies.

When creating an Adventure Lab the owner can choose whether it needs to be done in order or not

I'm only aware of looking for ALs on the adventure lab app.

There should be, but no. One of the things on a lengthy list of stuff that needs to be changed about Adventure Labs...
