How to place a trackable

I see a few trackables that I have in my inventory, however I don't see anywhere that I can post that I just placed it in another cache.  Can some help me through the process.

While composing or editing your cache log, you can select an "action" for a trackable in your Inventory, such as "Drop":

If you’re logging through the Groundspeak app it’s not very intuitive.  From the cache page:

- Scroll down and select ‘Trackables’.

- Select ‘Yours’ at the top.

- Select ‘Log’ alongside the trackable you’ve dropped.

- Select ‘Drop’, then write and post your log.

Good help above.    Plans to drop the other one too ?   

Over a year,  I'd bet the TOs will be happy to see their trackables back in play.
