I presume we are talking about state or country souvenirs, as there were no time-based or event-based souvenirs before 2010. These souvenirs should be awarded retroactively to the time you earned them. I would recommend sending an email through the Help Center, stating which souvenirs you are lacking and including example GC codes of caches you found that should qualify you. Quote Link to comment
