Wow! An event in Wenatchee. I can't pass up the chance to meet some of the great cachers in that area.

In fact I hope to make a day of it, caching my way over on US2. Anyone else from the wet side care to join me or caravan over with me?

The get-together is scheduled for 6:00 PM. I told Patudles that I would try to make it over. Paul, I'd love to join you on the cache caravan (provided that I can get a day pass from the wife!).

Ok, what would be a good time to start heading over? I want to get in a few caches along the way, and plant one that I already have ready to go and the site picked.

I have built a list of caches along the way, I'm not that picky as to which ones end up getting done, since for some reason I have done almost none of the caches from Leavenworth East.

I was thinking that everyone that wanted to caravan over could meet up in Monroe and go from there.

I was hoping to get an early start and spend the day caching. It's been a year since I've been to Wenatchee proper and I'm amazed to see how many caches have popped up in the core area in that time.

We need a definition of an early start, though.

I'll be there at whatever time everyone settles on. As far as I'm concerned the earlier the better; More time for caching that way.

How about we all meet in Monroe, perhaps at Dennys or Petosas.

As you come into Monroe on Highway 2, it will be on your right (South side of the highway). It's pretty much right across the highway from Fred Meyer.

I'll probably be there a bit early and sit inside choaking down some caffiene

The Cache-cadians welcome all of you who are coming over to enjoy a sunny day of caching and a evening of.... well who knows what? Maybe even a nightime cache find for those who dare and bring a warm jacket.

This was our first event to attend and I'm glad we did. Was able to meet some nice people and finally put faces with names. I was surprized and pleased to see people came from all over the state (Seattle area, Yakima, Tri-Cities, Winthrop). Thanks Patudles for putting this event together.
