Mystery cache coordinate change

I've disabled one of my mystery caches and changed its final coordinates. How do I submit the coordinate change for review before enabling the cache?

If it's moved less than 161 metres (528 feet), there's no need to involve a reviewer, just change the coordinates and re-enable the cache. If it's moved further than that, you'll need to email the reviewer who published your cache (use email, not the Message Centre, as the reviewers don't seem to like that) and explain why you need to move it that far. See this Help Centre page for more info.

" If the new coordinates are more than 528 feet (161 meters) away from the original coordinates, you cannot change the coordinates yourself. "

This relates only to the posted coordinates. You can move the final coordinates freely, but it is a good practice to communicate with the reviewer that the new location is available for a cache before you change it.

" Make sure to check for geocache saturation before you change your coordinates. If you do not, a volunteer reviewer may disable your cache until you can relocate it so that it complies with the saturation guideline. "

While true, this seems quite silly for mystery caches.  It is the final, physical location that may violate the saturation guidelines if moved.  Also the final must remain within 2 miles of the posted, fictional coordinates.  Perhaps guidelines for moving a mystery cache should be added?

Which section is silly? For me this seems to be quite logical. There will be no automated system to tell where you can move the final.
