Finding owner of cache

I'm currently tearing down the YMCA building in Chester when I came upon an old cache. It was stuck (It's magnetic) to the ducting of the building. Any chance anyone here knows about it?

It's possible to view archived caches with Project GC. If you let me know the approximate coords, I'll have a look tonight.
