Cannot download maps for offline use

Recommended Posts

Can’t save list data for offline use. Tried on two iOS devised with latest OS. Previously it worked on both, as recently as last weekend. I just get a message that says “List download failed. Something went wrong. Please try again”. Tired again. Deleted app and redownloaded and tried again, restarted phone/iPad and tried again. It just doesn’t work.

When I zoom in on maps , map disappears and I end up with what looks like graph paper. I’m wondering if the time has come to buy cachly for iPhone!

There was a similar issue reported a couple of days ago, which seems to have resurfaced. I see the same thing right now.

I'm sorry you're experiencing problems. Is this happening for you on all map types or just the Trails map type?

trails mostly but as that’s what I need for caching that’s what I need to work.

We identified a new issue with the map tile server that has now been fixed. Are you still seeing the problem?
