North61
I'm new here. Joined because I found a camouflage cache while walking the dog, and thought I should report it. The cache was laid out by DDPAW and marked 'Take a Walk'. Found off Beaver Creek Trail, Whitecourt, Alberta. Looks like 10 others had found it also, and penned in their names. My name is in there now, along with a 10x folding magnifier to replace the eraser treasure I found. The cache is now in the same spot, as I have no gps coordinates to put it anywhere else. Have fun. +fuzziebear3
Welcome! You did the correct thing by signing the log, and leaving the cache where it was, and also swapping with the goodies. The intention is not to move the cache, but just to find it and sign it as you have done. I would normally then tell you to log it online, but i see that it is a premium member only cache. Here is the link to the cache page: https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC5V6P7_take-a-walk Quote Link to comment
+Manville Possum
I would normally then tell you to log it online, but i see that it is a premium member only cache. Basic members can still log their finds online on PMO listings. I would use Project-GC and log my first find. Quote Link to comment
+Viajero Perdido
Welcome to the game! Did you know there's a series of about a dozen caches along the trail to your meteor crater? (I never even knew you had a meteor crater until a local tipped the rest of us off by placing caches. Insider knowledge like this - often better than guidebooks - is a big part of why I play the game.) Edited March 25, 2017 by Viajero Perdido Quote Link to comment
