Mileage Wrong on TB

A few of my travel bugs are not showing anywhere near correct mileage. I tried the re-calculate button, but it didn't fix the problem. Help - who can I contact. Thanks

Saw you posted the same in "How Do I".

Guess I always thought we were supposed to correct our own trackables.

Would be surprised if Groundspeak got involved in personal tracking mileage, but if they do, you can contact them in the Help Center.

Correct your own TBs?

 

The mileage is based on the accumulated straight-line distances between the initial 'Place' and subsequent 'Place' and 'Visit' logs. Unless you add extra phony logs, delete logs or re-order the dates for existing logs, how can you correct this?

"Correct", as in issues with our trackables not pertaining to activating.

Though I see trackables as a drop down in the help center, didb't realize that they get involved in this side-game too.
