[Feature] Renew warning

Every time I log into Geocaching.com, I'm greeted with a large RENEW button in the upper right of the page. If I click on the button I'm taken to a page to set up payment. There is no indication on this page if I'm set for autorenew. The only way to know if my membership will auto-renew is if I go into the Membership page.

 

It would be really nice if the big Renew button was smart enough to realize that I'm all set to auto-renew

I am getting this RENEW button this week.   Does this mean I have to do something to renew?  I should be set to auto renew as that is pretty much the only option.

I'm also getting the RENEW button. My premium membership is set to auto-renew on the 24th of April and I got an email to that effect a few days ago. In that, in bold print, it said "no action is required".

 

As a friendly reminder, your Geocaching Premium membership will renew for 1 year on 24/04/2025 for 32.99 USD. If you wish to keep your Premium membership with us, no action is required.
 

I've checked that all my payment details are correct so for now I'm just going to sit back and see what happens on the 24th. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the info.  I went back and checked and apparently I got the same e-mail, but missed reading it somehow.  Mine is set for the 21st so hopefully all is well.

I've manually renewed it the last few years, but this year I let it auto-renew and it worked. So don't worry, as long as your payment info is correct you're totally fine!
