What does "Updated in the last 7 days" include?

This may seem like a silly question, but exactly what does this option include/not include when clicked while creating a pocket query? Does it include updates for logs? Does it include updates for corrected coordinates? Does it include updates for description alterations? Does it include updates for temporary disablement or Archivement?

I'd been using that setting for years, via a bookmarked preview of a search, to keep an eye on the goings-on around town. A cure for boredom.
