+Itzzie
I have a question regarding placing placemarks on google earth. Is there a way to make the program place multiple points from "point a to point b" a specific amount of feet apart? I want to do a straight line and tell it to put 10 placemarks all 530' apart on that line. Thank you! Quote Link to comment
+StefandD
GE: no. But tons of other programs, apps, websites and GPSr's can. Just pick a coordinate and project it 530' in any direction you want. Repeat this with the new coordinates and the same distance and direction. And again, and again, and... Quote Link to comment

Keystone
This is not a website bug report so I am moving the thread to the "How do I....?" forum section. Quote Link to comment
+StefandD
What program would you recommend? If you Google 'coordinate projection', you'll get plenty of websites with online tools. Quote Link to comment
+Viajero Perdido
For only 10 placemarks, you can do it manually using the measure tool in less time than it took to ask the question, and for people to try answering it. Quote Link to comment
