Adding Caches to Established Series

I think I've managed to add a cache to the SideTracked series with the support of someone in the 'How Do I...' Forum but can someone point me in the right direction to who or what I need to consult to add to the Church Micros series?

Look at any cache in the Church Micro series and there's a section at the bottom with a link telling you what you need to do to create one yourself.
