+Blue_Ranger
I'm trying to get started with pocket queries, so the website takes me to the Groundspeak user agreement. I check the box and click submit, but every screen after that keeps telling me I have not yet agreed and links me back there before I can do anything. I must have checked agree and submitted a dozen times or more now, but I still get sent back to that screen and can't do anything else. Quote Link to comment
+Isonzo Karst
My poor memory says this is a browser issue. If you post what browser you're using, someone who actually knows or remembers will be along and can confirm. Or tell you/me that it's not a browser issue ;-), also possible. Quote Link to comment

+kunarion
Have you logged out & back into "Geocaching.com" since becoming a Premium Member? I tried making new PQs in Chrome and IE11 on my Windows 7 PC just now, and on my Droid (just because I keep reading that the site doesn't necessarily support "smartphones") with no error, and no checkbox. So I'm not able to produce the error. It doesn't seem to be some site bug that happened today. Edited January 24, 2015 by kunarion Quote Link to comment

I tried it just now using just my Basic Member account, and got the exact same issue you mentioned! Before being able to download cache files, cachers (basic or premium) may have to "agree", then log out and back in. I'll try to remember that, next time it comes up. +Blue_Ranger
...And now I'm not getting the e-mail that the pocket query is supposed to be sending. I checked my spam folder too, nothing. Quote Link to comment

+kunarion
...And now I'm not getting the e-mail that the pocket query is supposed to be sending. I checked my spam folder too, nothing. Is the new Pocket Query file ready to download? It would be in the Download tab. Maybe the email takes a little longer to arrive. If you've missed a step as T.D.M.22 mentioned, the PQ hasn't actually run and produced your file. Once the PQ is set up the way you like, checkmark the day to run, and wait a little while. There's useful Pocket Query info here. There's a learning curve. Maybe you skipped a step? Edited January 24, 2015 by kunarion Quote Link to comment
