Listing first cache

Ok this is going to sound really stupid but here goes... I am ready to submit my first cache. I have to put the GC code in the cache but cant get that until I submit the form but cant submit the form until I have placed the cache.... so how do you usually do this??

At the top right of your cache page it gives you the code. Do the description first, place the cache and then submit for review.

Aha got it - thank you. When you click 'submit cache' it doesn't actually submit it you just save it. Submitting it is another step after the 'submit cache' stage...
