+kunarion
How do I download coordinates from my ipad to my garmin gps...any help would be greatly appreciated See if this thread helps: http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=311111 Get a specialized portable "wifi router" that has a USB port, install a particular file manager App, connect the GPSr, then you can save GPX files to it individually from the web page. And I guess load a bunch using a Pocket Query, too, although that's just a hunch. The above thread doesn't explain everything, so I hope it's enough. If I load a GPX file onto my iPad, I visit the cache using the iPad (no file transfer happens). But the above info looks cool. Edited March 23, 2014 by kunarion Quote Link to comment
+Theneonguy
Thanks so much for your helping. After further investigation, I see I need iOS X....I have the ipad 2 and have iOS 7.1. This is so confusing. I guess I will have to manually download them for now. Thanks again for the help Quote Link to comment
+Walts Hunting
We don't know what gps you have. If you are lucky enough to have the Oregon 600 then you can use mobile basecamp to hook up to your gps and do stuff. If you are even further ahead and have the Monterra you can probably do it bu tnot sure. Quote Link to comment
