Is there a way to search for caches that have never been found?

is one of the options in setting up a Pocket Query.

 

I'd use "selected types" and choose everything except EVENTS - as you'll get a long list of events that haven't happened if you leave them in the query (no point in choosing webcams, virts either).

 

Choose say a whole state and submit. You'll have some killer puzzles, some high terrain caches and some caches that went missing before ever found mostly.

 

You can also look at the all the caches in a state, and rank on date of last find. Events will be most of what you'll see, and this is sometimes buggy on staged cache types.
