Help required from a traveller

Hi all,

I will be travelling to the UK next sunday(1/9/2013). We( me,my wife,sister and brother in law)will be travelling to Bath via Oxford,and I would like to find a cache along the way to drop off 2 travel bugs.I will more than likely only have my dezl 760 gpsr which will be used as we drive about. I could take a hand held gpsr as well, but the sister and bro inlaw think that ive had a big fall and landed on me head,rendering me completely stupid for being interested in the game. So, what im asking is,would someone be able to let me know of an easy cache which will take 2 bugs.

Depending on where you're arriving in England there are probably TB hotels near the major airports. I know there's at least one near Heathrow.

Also, you might like to note that there's an event in Swindon, 5 - 7pm on 1st September (Swindon is on the route between Oxford and Bath) and a couple of Smurf-related events near Bath on the same day.

Also, you might like to note that there's an event in Swindon, 5 - 7pm on 1st September (Swindon is on the route between Oxford and Bath) and a couple of Smurf-related events near Bath on the same day.

I was going to suggest looking at a TB hotel near Heathrow but if you're anything like me the last thing you're going to want to do after a long flight while you've still got suitcases with you is trail around outside the airport looking for a cache, only to go back to the airport to start your onward journey. Sounds like the event in Swindon is probably a good one to go for.

thanks team tisri, Mrs B, and Speakers-Corner, i will take a look at the caches put up by speakers-cornerbefore i go looking for a TB motel. Also not quite sure if i could make the Swindon meeting as we fly out of Sydney on the 1st September at 3.30pm. Not sure if we gain a whole day or not.
