+redwoodkestrel Posted August 6, 2013 Share Posted August 6, 2013 It may not be the answer you're looking for, but you can actually get caches onto your Magellan without the communicator. Either download the individual cache (the GPX file), or download a pocket query - once you unzip the file you can drag and drop the resulting GPX file of caches into the "Geocaches" folder on your Magellan (and the GPX file for waypoints goes in the "Waypoints" folder). To get to those folders just plug the Magellan into your computer and then open it up like you would a usb drive. It's a simple work-around until you get the Communicator thing figured out.
