injun & squaw
We are going to take a trip and was wondering how to create and print out pocket queries that contain all the coordinates. Our GPS is older and does not have the download capability. so what I am needing to do is from start to finish of trip (in trip order not random) print out geocaches along the route. We are premium members as of today so still need some teaching. Thank you for your time Quote Link to comment
L0ne.R
Try EasyGPS. I looked at the print function and it will print the lat/longs. Doesn't look particularly neat when I look at the Print Preview but it may be sufficient. Quote Link to comment
DonB
The best program I have found to print out PQs is CacheMagnet. It's free and you can customize it to show just about anything you want including hints. Quote Link to comment
StarBrand
I like this one: http://www.bitdebris.com/page/Cache-Report.aspx Quote Link to comment
TomToad
An alternative to printing out the cache info, if you have a way to transfer files to your cell phone. Use something like GSAK to export the PQ to HTML. Most cell phones will display HTML files even if they don't have an internet connection. There are also many portable devices that can keep a database of caches when exported in the correct formats, PDA's, several different iPods and mp3 players, Portable gaming systems, etc... +BCandMsKitty
If you have GSAK, (which you should get ... even the free version ... if you're going to cache much) you can load the PQ into it's own database, Click print and check off the "Grid Columns for print format. You'll get something like this. You can add or remove columns, or re-arrange them in GSAK to suit yourself before printing. To add/remove, go to "View on the menu bar, and select Add/Remove Columns". To re-arrange, simply click and drag the column header of the data base to where you want it. Edited February 22, 2013 by BC & MsKitty Quote Link to comment
