Please don't post 911 as your issue. Thank you. Chances are the caches are too far from your location. Check search for caches - by name. You should see them. He can't do that until he upgrades to a Premium Member if you are talking about PQ's along a route. I do agree that a little pre-planning in the future would be the way to go.
