According to the logs, yes.

But it can happen that in reality the trackable are no longer on the cache, if somebody take it without logging yet... or ever.

A sad thing that happens often, unfortunately.

Not exactly. Both of them mean that it is still in the cache, slthough that may not actually be true.

 

The green ones means that it was placed there, or discovered there, recently, and the gray one means that the last log on it was a while ago; I'm not sure exactly how long ago is "recently" or "a while ago."
