how many gpx cache files can Colorado take?

I just spent about an hour downloading a bunch of caches into my Colorado 300 and was unpleasantly shocked when I found out rather too late (as I was already on the road to do some caching) that the GPSr did not have quite a number of the caches I thought I had downloaded. When I turned it on, the machine said there were too many GPX files.

 

Question: how many files can this GPSr contain, does anyone know? I came home and deleted the Colorado -- there were 210 caches on it.

 

Is this a Garmin or a Geocaching.com bug: I think the there should have been a warning to tell me when I had maxed out the storage on the GPSr. Instead, it seemed as if the site was downloading the caches when in fact it wasn't. Let this be a warning to others out there! Check your GPSr to make sure you have all the caches you want before going on the road.

It is not a bug the number is in your manual. That is why people use PQs. I think it is something like 200 GPX files and 2000 caches but it could be more. Actually they are all downloads it only read the first 200.
