AZcachemeister Posted April 26, 2012 Share Posted April 26, 2012 So, in effect, you can't really 'DELETE' your account, but you can officially ignore it...which is almost the same as just plain ignoring it. Although I don't know exactly why you would want to delete your account, it could be that at some future time you might wish you hadn't actually 'officially' deactivated it. Quote Link to comment

They may be changing account names, which can be done a much easier way, I think. So you dont have to go back and redo all of your finds and your hides are still under your control.
