non-published cache has my TB

I submitted a cache and it was disallowed. I put a TB in the cache so it disappeared off my list of "in my possession." How do I get that TB back on my list so I can drop it someplace else. This is not my own TB but one I am trying to move.

Go to the trackable page and pull it out of the cache.

I'm assuming that you've collected the cache container and the tb and have the tb in your physical possession?

 

Go to the trackable's page and click "add a log entry" and then choose "retrieve from cache xxx", just like you did when you picked up from the cache where you found it.

 

Or perhaps it needs to be a "grabbed from somewhere else" as it's "in" an unpublished cache?

Re Pup Patrol's comment, it will show as being in "name of unpublished cache".

 

In any case, just use the tracking code to "grab" it again, so it's back in your hands.
