It varies by Reviewer.....

If you have the ENABLED box checked.....

Have checked the two boxes at the bottom of the page:

Yes. I have read and understand the guidelines for listing a cache.

Yes. I have read and agree to the terms of use agreement.

Hit SUBMIT - then its in the Reviewers hands.

You've gotta remember... Reviewers are volunteers. Be pateint. They have other priorities in life.

If you haven't enabled the cache, there will be a red warning at the top like this:

The reviewers will not see this listing until you enable it.

When you enable a cache listing for review, you'll be sent an email from the website that includes some information on the time to review.

If you aren't aware of having gotten it, check your spam filters. If it's not there, then go to your ISP and make sure that they don't block it.

The notes that a reviewer might leave will come from the same email address, as will logs by finders.

If email from "noreply@geocaching.com" doesn't reach you, you're going to have trouble owning a cache.

That email would look like this:

Subject: Cache Report Submitted: GC Code

From:Geocaching <noreply@geocaching.com>

Thank you for submitting a new cache. We have received the following:

GC CODE, Cache Title

http: //coord.info/GC Code

Listings are published by volunteers and you can usually expect this to be reviewed within 3 days. Unpublished caches cannot be viewed by the general public. If you wish to view or edit your cache listing in the meantime, please login and use the URL above.
