The Frosties!
followthearrow have a guide to the features of most GPS units, and information about what they mean Slightly over your budget, but we bought the Etrex 30 as it seemed to have every function we could want except camera (we have a camera) and touchscreen (figured it would be fiddly with gloves on) so far we're happy with the decision Quote Link to comment
briansnat
The Garmin eTrex 20 should be in your price range. Quote Link to comment
StarBrand
I think the eTrex 20 would be a great unit in that range. Some like the Magellean Explorist GC but it isn't well liked by others. Around $150 Quote Link to comment
shortforbob
We managed to get an etrex 30 for the price of an etrex 20 in a high street retailer with a bit of haggling. Worth a try! Alternatively, the internet often has good deals. Quote Link to comment
Woodrivertroutbum
I just got the Etrex 20 and the only thing I really wish it had was a digital compass but it is really not a big deal. This thing has way more features than I expected which is great because I hike and fish as well. Quote Link to comment
