All EarthCache sites developed must have prior approval of the landowners before submission (depending on local country laws and customs). The developed text should be sent to the landholder/manager for approval. When applicable the cache owner must have written permission from the owner or appropriate land-managing agency. The name, title and contact details of the person that authorized this EarthCache MUST be given at the time of submission in a "Reviewer Note". If permission is not required, please provide the reason, i.e. public road pull-off in a " Reviewer Note". If information about permission is not provided, the submission may not be published. Zgodnie z nowymi regułami zakładania eartcache, trzeba uzyskać pisemną zgodę właściciela. Czy ktoś orientuje się jak to wygląda w praktyce w Polsce? toczygroszek Posted February 21, 2012 Share Posted February 21, 2012 Nie wiem jak w EarthCache, ale w języku polskim wciąż obowiązują stare REGUŁY Przepraszam za uszczypliwość, proszę nie brać jej personalnie. A poważnie - nie jest to żaden nowy zapis, wprost przeciwnie, został on nawet zliberalizowany. Pozwolenie potrzebne jest, gdy jest to jakiś obiekt zamknięty, lub wejście na jego teren nie jest ogólnodostępne. Wówczas lezy uzyskac takie pozwolenie, a w informacji dla reviewera napisać imię i nazwisko wydającego pozwolenie, jego stanowisko oraz dane kontaktowe. Jeśli jest to miejsce ogólnodostępne, pozwolenie takie nie jest wymagane, należy jednak w informacjach dla reviewera wspominieć o tym fakcie. Quote Link to comment
