+Ottaway's123 Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the topo maps on the oregon 400 or 450 gps devices. I am looking to replace my well weathered etrex for a paperless gps. I have found an Oregon for a good price but it says its US version???? Does this mean it will only have topo maps of the usa and would it not be of any use in the united kingdom? Thanks. Quote Link to comment

+dfx Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 The only regional models are those with a "t" in their model number, i.e the 450t. Those come with regional maps preinstalled. Non-T models are uniform across the continents. Quote Link to comment
