Allow an event cache to have a start time, end time, and timezone specified that would set the correct time in the calender import file. It would be nice to have the proper times show up when adding an event cache to your calender.

This could even be used to filter for events in PQs to only include events occurring at a certain time.

I strongly second that. It's a pain having to go back to the event - Hmmm, what were the start/end times? AND correct timezone of course

Data fields for start and end times would also remind event organizers of the event cache listing guideline change earlier this year -- events must have stated start and end times. Events would be reviewed even faster if this information was presented on the cache page in a standardized way, rather than being buried in the third paragraph of the cache description or being overlooked entirely.
