+briansnat
Me too. Same thing on Saturday morning. Couldn't get on for several hours. First logons were rejected, then the site came back as unknown. "Life is a daring adventure, or it is nothing" - Helen Keller Link to comment

Elias
Our firewall has developed some kind of hardware problem which is causing it to crash every couple of days. I'm working with the vendor and hopefully we'll have this resolved soon. -Elias Link to comment

Our DNS servers sit inside our firewall, so if your name server didn't have a cached copy of the DNS data, or had expired the DNS data, it had no way to obtain it to perform a lookup. Looks like the site was down for about 6 or 7 hours this morning between 1 AM and 8 AM Pacific time. -Elias Link to comment
