Richard arnold
Saw mention of these. Where do I view them? Quote Link to comment
+mpilchfamily
Don't know what you mean by Geo Achievements. There are Souvenirs. Quote Link to comment
Richard arnold
These look cool, altough I don't think that this is what I saw. How do you know when you're in a souvenir zone? Quote Link to comment
+The Blorenges
Do you mean these? Achievement geocoins. MrsB Quote Link to comment
+mpilchfamily
All states will give you a souvenir for caching in them. Quote Link to comment
+HotDiggityDogs
I think macros create these, using a tool like GSAK and "BadgeGen". Assuming you are talking about badges and other additional stats that show up on some people's profile pages: example: http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?id=2924326 Quote Link to comment
John E Cache
Challenges maybe? Quote Link to comment
+mpilchfamily
Maybe your referring to the Geo Achievements Geocoins. Such as the one in the link below. These you can buy at any time to commemorate reaching a find count of the various lvls they mint the coins to commemorate. They offer coins for number of Finds and well as number of Hides. You can buy the coins at any time. No need to prove you earned them and no one will award them. Well some times a Geocaching club may award them to members as they reach these milestones. Thats kind of what they are made for. https://www.coinsandpins.com/300-hides-geo-achievement-set https://www.coinsandpins.com/10000-finds-geo-achievement-set Edited August 24, 2011 by mpilchfamily Quote Link to comment
Richard arnold
Yeah, this is what I saw. I found the advert I saw once again and this time I clicked it, but I was unsure as to whther you just buy the coins for yourself, or they're sent to you, or you get them at Events or what. This clears it up, thanks everyone! Quote Link to comment
