+Jan&Anne
Hello, I'm not sure, if this is a error in geocaching.com-Servers, or was this listing forgotten? I prepared an Earthcache (Listing)in Canyonlands NP in January, and get the permit from NPS on 04/15. On the same day I marked this cache as active and wrote a reviewer note with the mail from NPS and a contactadress/mail/telephone. Until now i didn't get a message from reviewer, but the cache is already watched by one user. I know this is used, if I have to change something. But I didn't get a message from a reviewer. Also I inserted an counter, which shows me access from USA( I know this is not 100% safe, but I'm wondering). Today I changed a little to add this new to the reviewqueue, but will this work? Greetings Jan(&Anne) Quote Link to comment
+GeoawareGSA1
The status of this cache is being looked into. (Review note posted to cache page.) If you have further questions about this cache, feel free to contact me. And by the way, thanks for getting advance permission from the park!! Edited May 9, 2011 by geoawareHQ Quote Link to comment
+Team OPJim
AFter recently getting an earthcache published, I have concluded that there aren't may people reviewing them. I have often had logs take several weeks to be responded to. Don't give up, it appears to be a lengthy process Quote Link to comment
+Flintstone5611
After recently getting an earthcache published, I have concluded that there aren't may people reviewing them. Well if that ain't a scientific deduction. You own one EC and that is what you base that negative statement on? I just got one approved the other day within 24 hours. There is research and other work involved for the reviewers to provide you with the good advice that they give. Besides the fact that they are volunteers and have lives of their own. I will agree with opjim on the fact that you shouldn't give up, but not because it is lengthy. Quote Link to comment
