+gamacleod
Good evening all, Not sure what I have done but I no longer se my found caches as happy faces on google maps. Might someone know what I might have changed? Or how to fix this? In the list of nearby caches, they show as happy face icons but not on the google map. Help is much appreciated! +mpilchfamily
There are already a couple of threads on this issue. They have been disabling some features on the site to help keep the site running smoothly during heavy traffic periods. Recently that been about every weekend. Quote Link to comment
+Nytshaed
Ditto, AND they are not showing up as FOUND on the Geocaching.com Mobile app Maps. That makes for a real pain in the a** when you are out in the field if EVERYTHING looks unfound. Not happy about this AT ALL considering I am a paid user of the website, and the Official App. And though it's not supposed to be said, but even on OTHER Mobile GeoApps, everything is showing up as UNFOUND, and not IDing my caches either. +popokiiti
On the Beta Map, selecting "enable personalization" shows hides and finds....when you zoom in close enough. You have to select this every time it seems, but I could be missing something! I have found on the "old/original" maps that it is hit and miss. Some of my finds show, others don't and it is a bit of a trial, shall we say? As a PM, I am hoping that PMO caches will show eventually on the new maps...I had to go back to the old map to find what I was seeking to log it. Quote Link to comment

Now, usually I would make a snarky comment about how on MY mobile device, all found and owned caches still showed up as such, because it's powered by PQs However, not even my PQs ran in time today, lulz. Fail. Quote Link to comment
+popokiiti
We went out with what has been loaded in the GPSs for over 3 weeks as the site was sooooooo slow this morning. Must be down to the improving weather! Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee
Ho-hum.... It is so nice to see a repeat thread weekly. I guess it's because everyone has cabin fever and they are all gettin' out and about at the same time. On a weekend! Just like last weekend.... and the weekend before... Quote Link to comment
