Jamethiel
Hi, We used to get an automatic e-mail when we submitted a cache and a e-mail when it was approved. Our latest cache, Greenough by Night (GCH56K) by jennifer&dean we did not recieve a single e-mail about. IS this a new change? -Jennifer Age does not bring wisdom, but it does give perspective. Jamethiel
Ok, this is funny but I JUST recieved the submittal e-mail and it is dated: Thu, 30 Oct 2003 13:59:29 -0800 And the cache is already approved and up! The e-mail sender system must be running slow or something. -Jennifer Age does not bring wisdom, but it does give perspective. Link to comment
iryshe
You have a Hotmail account. Due to the large number of emails we send out on a daily basis, hotmail treats us in a different way. Apparently they have a "smart" server that throttles emails coming from some addresses. You'll get a heck of a lot better response by using a better email system. Yahoo, for example, doesn't seem to have this "feature." Jeremy Irish Groundspeak - The Language of Location Link to comment

Gert
Now I got one too. And even less than two hours after I submitted the cache! Bravo! Short cuts make long delays. Link to comment
iryshe
Yes. This is a new feature. I've added a lot of new capabilities for reviewers so they can review each listing faster. Hopefully the result will be faster reviews and approvals. Jeremy Irish Groundspeak - The Language of Location Link to comment
