+PDOP's
As a premium member you can use Pocket Queries to have files of up to 500 caches each emailed to you or download files of upto 1000 caches from the 'Pocket Queries' webpage. See Creating Your First Pocket Query (link) and Pocket Queries: A Detailed Explanation(link) by Markwell. Quote Link to comment
+Chrysalides
PDOP's links should tell you all you need to know. But here are answers to your questions: 1. A GPX file can contain 1 or more geocaches. 2. If you click on the "GPX" button on a cache page, you will download 1 geocache, with up to 20 logs in addition to your logs. 3. If you create a PQ, you can run a query that returns you with up to 1,000 geocaches, with up to 5 logs in each geocache (in addition to your own). 4. If someone has a GPX with all of Norfolk on it, they will not be able to share it with you without violating the Groundspeak Terms of Use. 5. You probably can create a pocket query that will fetch you all the geocaches in Norfolk county. Markwell's FAQ describes it very well. You may not be able to limit it to just Norfolk (don't know if Groundspeak has county information for caches in the UK) but you should be able to get pretty close, and include a few of the bordering counties, if you select your circle radius and center point carefully. +The Bongtwashes
You can generate PQs just including caches in Eastern England as per this map, or else you can centre your PQ at a suitable point in Norfolk and a radius covering the county, and include parts of Suffolk, Lincs. and Cambs.
