+The McKnifficent 6
When Oakcoins were giving away their bucks with purchases, I could't redeem them as I lived overseas I have just been having a tidy up of my Geocoins and I didn't realise just how many bucks I had! Sorry to ask a daft question but are they tradable/desirable? Should I just put them in caches? Thanks for amy advice Quote Link to comment
avroair
The Oakbucks are out of date, but they might renew them at some point so it might be worth hanging on to them. Quote Link to comment

I know that there were 2 series... the silver colored and the gold colored! I liked them a lot and I managed to collect the gold and the silver 1$ coins! there are 5$ and 10$ coins too (probably in both series...), and a free die coin... Probably others like them too and keep them... Which ones you have? Quote Link to comment
+Droo
I only got $1 ones and gave them away to folks likely to see the vendour in person to redeem them and I've seen them as swag. Edited December 27, 2010 by Droo Quote Link to comment
+WRITE SHOP ROBERT
There are some people who would like to keep thm in their Collection, mainly those who have coin/tokem collecting interests that go beyond geocoins, GATOULIS comes to mind...I think I've sent him a few. I might be interested in trading you something you can use if you have a bunch. Get in touch if you want to work something out. Quote Link to comment

That's true, but also I can see people interested in them that do not collect geocaching thingss. In the same way that you like the payment tokens and coupons. They are like the free drink wooden nickels but in metal. Quote Link to comment

If that token is like others I've won, it was probably won in a $1 slot machine, where you have to get three special symbols to win it. Quote Link to comment

Ah yes, I've won a few of those souvenir chips at a smaller casino on the ID border. Some of the prizes are returns in coins and some are special tokens for getting certain combinations.
