How to Delete a cache

Started a cache and decided that it was not allowed. Archived it. How do I delete it?

If it wasn't published it will never show up, if its archived after publication it takes a while then goes away

As Walts Hunting noted, you can't delete a listing entirely, only archive it (normally only done with published caches).

 

If the cache was never published, there's no need to archive it, since nobody ever saw it. Instead, you can reuse that page (GC number) for another cache. Change the name, coords, description, everything and publish it as another cache. If necessary, write a reviewer note explaining what you did (esp if you archived an unpublished cache, as only a reviewer can reverse that). Again, recycling a cache page can only be done with an unpublished cache; once it's published and 'on the record' for cachers to see and visit, you can archive the listing but not recycle it.
