wvsurveyor1984 Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 I had to rush to get this disk in for our state wide HARN project. I did not know what to stamp on the disk so I just put my name and license number. Kind of cool. Maybe the mark will last longer than me. +PFF Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 True, the disk may last longer than you. But hopefully you will be around for a long time, also. Perhaps we can come up with a prediction about this. Here is a list of common disk descriptions. Do any of these apply to you? *Lying on the ground *Leaning *Surface badly scratched from encounters with things passing by *Parts missing And, perhaps the most likely condition in today's Economy: *Poor Quote

Z15 Posted September 16, 2010 Posted September 16, 2010 (edited) There is a PS in Michigan who put his name on a HARN mark that he set in his front yard, just his last name. PS society was involved in helping pick locations in the respective areas. +genegene Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 Who do you contact about having a disk made up? I would love to get one with the Western Mass Geocachers initials on it and start placing them at our yearly event at the different locations we go to in the state. Quote
