+DigitalJim
Hello chaps, can anyone suggest a nice ring and / or some worthwhile caches in Hampshire? I stay at hartley park farm near Alton on weekends as my other half works here, and as such need something to do between 10 and 4 tomorrow! Thanks. Quote Link to comment
+Lazerus101
As a Hampshire resident I would be most interested in this too. I am new to the game and so far have been limited to a few near my home in Southampton (I don't drive, have to rely on mk1 feet and public transport) Quote Link to comment
+MartyBartfast
A bit late for the OP today, but nevertheless: I can recommend The Steep Marsh Series. I haven't done The WUTA series yet, but I expect it to be good and it's centred round an excellent pub that is definitely worth the effort. And if you go North a bit there's the UK Mega Series which can be broken down into several smaller loops. Quote Link to comment

+Mumblizzy
There is the UK Mega series in and around Alton/Odiham area, that should keep you busy ! Quote Link to comment
+DigitalJim
Tackled the steep marsh series today, was gorgeous, I highly recommend it. Quote Link to comment
+Lazerus101
I shall have to give those a shot if I ever can get out that way. Tis a pain Geocaching without your own transport. XD Quote Link to comment

XD Hi Lazerus101, I'm not sure how easy those will be to get to by public transport. You could also have a look at some of the series placed by Miksomas the one's I've done of his are well worth the effort. You may know this already but if you click on the "Geocaching.com Google Maps" link on any cache page, you can zoom out and drag the map around to find caches in the areas where you can get to easily. M: Those look nice, might be worth planning a days outing, taking the watercress line in while I am at it. Quote Link to comment
