Where's the most dangerous cache?

I was doing some caches with the family. We were driving along lake Erie. I see a cache, or something, in Lake Erie. I thought that was pretty original. Then I started thinking about all the crazy places on Earth someone could put a cache. So even though I'll probably never be able to go to these caches, where some crazy caches? What some dangerous caches?

The most dangerous cache is the one placed in the yard of a psychotic neighbor without his permission. Near his private gun range would be a good choice.

I wimped out and put that one on my Ignore List. Did you actually go for it, and, if so, how in the world did you survive?
