Safe site for puzzle encryption software?

I have only tried a few puzzles which required some form of software to uncover the secret. I now need s-tools software. When I google it, I don't see any sites listed that I recognize. I am hesitant to download software from sites that I don't recognize.

 

Can anyone point me to a site that is trusted for this type of thing?
