Motorcycle_Mama Posted July 10, 2010 Share Posted July 10, 2010 What ISP are you using for email? Some have been known to block email from Groundspeak and geocaching.com. Have you looked on the Downloads Tab on the Pocket Query web page to see if the PQs are ready to be downloaded? If they are not on the Downloads Tab, does the PQ page show that the PQ was generated? Did you select a DAY for it to run? Link to comment

I have not received either one. How long does it take? Are your PQs generating lists of >500 caches? If so, you'll need to download them at gc.com on your PQ page. Smaller ones are still emailed. That was the trade-off for the 1000 cache PQs we got in May. Supposed to lighten the email server load. Link to comment
